Julian Lennon has just sold some of his financial stake in his father’s compositions for the Beatles library. For those who have lived in a shell for the last 40 or so years, Julian Lennon is the son of John Lennon.
I mean….if times are tough…you’re a little strapped for cash……for F*** sake you don’t sell something with an immeasurable value such as your dad’s life blood of musical work that has inspired millions….literally…..
Write a book, go on a casino tour, hit the TV circuit, do in-store signings, guest star on other people’s projects, or even just take someone or some band under your wing. You are Julian Freakin LENNON.
A part of Rock and Roll just died for me today…..Because if I start hearing Beatles songs as jingles for Bubba’s Bail Bond’s or some crazy ass shit like that, I may have to just become a nun……….or …ok, maybe something not that drastic, but you get the point…..

I assume he has been surrounded with luxury items all his life and does not appreciate the REAL value of this portfolio. To him, it is just that, part of his overall net worth. Sad really....he really doesnt understand what his father went through and how many people feel about the music his father helped to create.
however, I feel YOU being a NUN would simply ummmm go the wrong way :)
